All American Septice and Storm Shelters did an amazing job installing my Aerobic System. They also installed my agricultural wastewater management system for my farm that allows us for water recycling. This winter we are hiring All American for a third time when we buy our new storm shelter ahead of the 2021 tornado season. Almost 5K to replace box, air compressor, and sprinkler pump, very nice guys but left all the chamber lids loose and unscrewed down ($0.25 screws would have worked), and left air compressor wiring like this, it was crushed crushed under the concrete compressor cover. This work was “completed” just two days ago.
Failed to honor warranty or show up as specified by DEQ to service every 6 months and now is ghosting me.
Their fee to come to your house is $275. They came out and installed a wire nut on our septic system in about 15 min and billed us $275 + 3% credit card fee. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but they don't mention the fee when you schedule, so I feel prospective customers should know. I've called around and other local companies charge $99 -150. Nice people, but charging nearly $300 to flip a breaker switch to connect a wire is just too much for us. All American has serviced our aerobic septic for years, but we're going to switch companies due to the high cost.
Technicians were in the area for a neighbor when I realized my aerobic system had completely backed up and was flowing into the yard. I asked if they had time to look at it. They came over after completing their other service call and were able to replace the pumps and get my system back on line that night. They even stayed and completed the work after business hours. The technicians were professional and kind. They went above and beyond to take care of me, even though it was unscheduled. The company worked with me on payment to make it all go smoothly. Their service was excellent, everyone that I dealt with through the process was kind and professional, and they helped me when they didn’t have to. I highly recommend All American Septic, LLC.
