Shipped two Mills with this company, I have never worked with a company as incompetent as these guys. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but this company has seriously earned it. Both mills were damaged/destroyed in transit, both were packed on industrial grade pallets with industrial rigging, the driver admitted fault in one of the cases, both cases were reported immediately (within hours, if not stated on the BOL directly). Both were also insured for $5000 dollars Both claims were denied by this carrier one claim denied reason: improper packaging false: The pallet was an industrial grade pallet made way over specification and could have easily carried 3x the weight. Anchor points were installed around the perimeter and it was binded to them. We even 3d printed protective caps for the spindles. When they dropped the pallet the driver even admitted fault to my customer. 2nd claim denied reason: beyond 5 day reporting period false, it was reported same day.. at that point I was given no recourse for response. I have filled complaints with the AGs of in every state involved and a preparing for litigation, we'll see how it plays out. Wish me luck. I would use any other company BUT this one for you shipping needs

Horrible service. Impossible to get sn update from anyone. Multiple times I was told they would call. They picked up a couple pallets near Tacoma Washington on Friday. Failed to deliver 2.5hrs away in Yakima on the following Tuesday (it was marked out for delivery - crazy it would even take that many days) and now here we are Wedensday and the tracking says it will arrive Thursday? It's in our town and they can't deliver it in a timely manner? Outrageous! This shipment is a product launch with pre orders, it is already 2 months late due to other logistical company failures. This company has only made things even worse. Do not ever use them. They do not care about service.

I do not recommend this company for any kind of transportation service. We placed an order through Home Depot and were initially told the delivery would arrive within two weeks. However, the estimated delivery date kept changing, and their website was not functioning properly or providing accurate updates. Their customer service was extremely poor. I called multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. When the item finally arrived—almost a month later it was incomplete. I had purchased a dining table, but they delivered only the base of the table. The driver did not even check to confirm whether the delivery was correct. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not want others to go through the same situation.

Wasted vacation time to be here for the delivery and then wasted an hour of that on hold trying to find out what day it was actually coming. Don’t believe that initial email saying it’s picked up and will be delivered tomorrow. It’s going to take another week to go 3 .5 hours

Ordered flooring from Homedepot had it delivered they used AAA. This is where it turned to a horrible experience . The driver never called my wife happen to be leaving and sees him standing in the road, she showed him our driveway and told him I would be right out. I get there and he's trying to drive a electric pallet jack down a dirt road 🤯 gets it stuck drops the pallet of flooring in the middle of the road and waits for me to do something, I get my truck to load it into by hand then he wants me sign for it I said no then he leaves. It didn't even make it to our road. What piece 😡 I have pictures if I can figure out how to post them
